These terms apply to your access to the Folddr website and to any copy of the Folddr software made available directly by the project owner. Marketplace purchases may include additional terms.
2. License and allowed use
Subject to these terms and any applicable purchase terms, you may use Folddr for lawful desktop workflows. You may not use the website or software to violate the rights of others, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or bypass licensing controls.
3. Product behavior
Folddr performs filesystem operations such as moving folders, creating symlinks, restoring folders, and removing mappings. You are responsible for reviewing your actions and understanding the effect of those operations.
4. Pricing and payments
The current public pricing model is a free MVP plus paid Personal and Teams subscriptions, each available on monthly or yearly billing. Pricing may change before or after launch.
5. Refunds
Direct purchases are governed by the Folddr refund policy. Marketplace purchases are governed by the refund policies of that marketplace.
6. Updates and pre-release features
Folddr is still evolving. Planned features, feature names, pricing, and release timing can change. Features described as planned or target scope are not guaranteed until publicly released.
7. Disclaimers
Folddr and the website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. No warranty is made that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every filesystem environment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Folddr's operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or software.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product, licensing model, or support processes evolve. Continued use after updated terms are posted indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
