These terms apply to your use of the Folddr website and Folddr software provided by Techvolex ("we", "us", or "our"). If you buy through a marketplace, that marketplace may have extra terms.
2. License and allowed use
Subject to these terms and any applicable purchase terms, you may use Folddr for lawful desktop use. You may not use the website or software to violate the rights of others, distribute malware, interfere with service operations, or bypass license checks.
3. Product behavior
Folddr can move folders, create symlinks, restore folders, and remove mappings. You are responsible for confirming each action before you run it and for understanding how it affects your files.
4. Pricing and payments
The current pricing model includes a free plan and paid Personal and Teams subscriptions with monthly or yearly billing. Pricing may change over time.
5. Refunds
Direct purchases are governed by the Folddr refund policy. Marketplace purchases are governed by the refund policies of that marketplace.
6. Updates and pre-release features
Folddr will continue to evolve. Planned features, names, pricing, and release timing may change. Features listed as planned are not guaranteed until officially released.
7. Disclaimers
Folddr and the website are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with every setup.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Techvolex and Folddr operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the website or software.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Folddr, billing, or support processes change. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
