If you start a new subscription directly with Folddr, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment date.
2. How refunds work
Approved refunds return the original subscription charge paid through the direct checkout channel. Access tied to the refunded subscription may be removed once the refund is processed.
3. Non-direct purchases
If you purchase Folddr through an app marketplace, bundle, reseller, or other third party, that storefront's refund rules apply instead of this page.
4. Abuse prevention
Folddr may decline refund requests that involve fraud, payment abuse, or repeated attempts to obtain paid access without maintaining an active subscription.
5. Policy updates
This policy may be updated if Folddr changes its checkout provider, licensing model, or sales channels. The current policy should always list a fresh effective date.
